The Banking Subscription

Banca Transilvania launched a unique product on the Romanian banking market, designed for SMEs. New clients of the Bank who own the Banking Subscription will pay only 10 EURO/month during the first six months, regardless of the number of account operations performed; after that, the subscription fee is fixed again for another 6 months. In case of operations below the Subscription value, clients – either new or over 6 months old – will only pay the fees related to the respective operations.

Subscription conditions:

• the 10 EURO subscription fee is available only for new clients, or clients working with Banca Transilvania for at least 6 months
• for SME clients working with Banca Transilvania for over 6 months, the subscription value is calculated as an average of all commissions for the last six months
• the SME Banking Subscription is available only for company clients with a maximum turnover of RON 1.5 million

Operations included in the Banking Subscription:

a) interbanking payments and collections in RON and FCY;
b) intrabanking payments and collections in RON and FCY;
c) cash withdrawals and deposits in RON and FCY;
d) monthly maintenance fee for the current account.
For operations in FCY, amounts representing the correspondent banks' commissions are not included in the Banking Subscription.
*The value of the Banking Subscription is fixed every 6 months, as an average of all commissions related to transactions performed during that period.
Anyway, clients will be able to grow on the bank's money, as all their banking expenses will be limited to the subscription's value or even less, in case the value of commissions is below the subscription fee.
