The limit can reach the amount of lei 300,000.

At Banca Transilvania we grant this facility for a 12-month period, and the validity of Bid Bonds must correspond with the Limit's validity.

Company's monthly turnover via the bank must reach at least the Limit's level.

  Eligibility criteria

The company must fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria:

  • Is not registered with the Office for Payment Incidents with major events and is recorded in the Bureau for Banking Risk with Debt Service A; 
  • Is financially stable; 
  • Turnover must not record a decrease of more than 10% against the previous year's average turnover 
  • There are no recorded delays older than 90 days with the consolidated state budget

So remember: Bid Bonds are released rapidly, with no material guarantees.
