Cosmin Călin
Cosmin Călin is the newest member of BT's Steering Committee, since May 2026, a role from which he coordinates the areas of Large Corporate, Structured Financing and Factoring. With over 25 years of experience in banking, he contributes to the development of one of the bank's most important business segments, Large Corporate.
He has been part of the BT team since 2018, and until May 2026 he was Senior Executive Director Large Corporate, Structured Finance and Factoring. His professional journey also includes 13 years of activity at Banca Românească, Bancpost and EFG Bank.
Cosmin Călin is also a member of the Board of Directors of BT Pensions, contributing to the company’s development directions regarding pension funds.
He graduated Executive MBA - Academy of Economic Studies, National Institute of Economic Development – Conservatoire National des Arts et Metiers (CNAM – Paris) and Faculty of Economic Studies in Foreign Languages (SELS), English section, Bucharest.
He was born in 1977, in Sibiu.
