When will Banca Transilvania distribute the dividends?
On April 28, 2026, the General Meeting of Shareholders took place. According to the adopted resolutions, 16 June 2026 is the registration date and 15 June 2026 is the ex-dividend date, for identifying the shareholders who benefit from the rights resulting from the AGM decisions, including the right to receive dividends from the BT profit related to the year 2025, and 30 june 2026 is the payment date (dividends related to the year 2025 are paid between the dates June 30, 2026, and June 30, 2029 - the last day on which their payment can be requested).

Has Banca Transilvania issued bonds on the international market?
The debut on international financial markets took place in April 2023, when BT sold bonds worth 500 million EUR, in a show that was oversubscribed in just a few hours, investors placing orders of over 850 million euros. The success of the initial offering was followed by two other supplements, with a cumulative value of 290 million euros.
In November 2023, Banca Transilvania issued the second round of sustainable bonds. Both issuances are listed on the Euronext Dublin exchange with the following ISINs:
