When will Banca Transilvania distribute dividends?
On April 25, 2025, the General Meeting of Shareholders took place. According to the adopted resolutions, 16 June 2025 is the registration date and 13 June 2025 is the ex-dividend date, pentru identificarea acționarilor care beneficiază de drepturile rezultate din hotărârile AGA, inclusiv dreptul de a primi dividende din profitul BT aferent anului 2024, iar 30June 2025 is the payment date (the dividends related to the year 2024 are paid between June 30, 2025 and June 30, 2028 - the last day on which their payment can be requested).

Has Banca Transilvania issued bonds on the international market?
The debut on the international financial markets took place in April 2023, when BT sold bonds worth 500 million EUR, in a show that was oversubscribed in just a few hours, investors placing orders of over 850 million euros. The success of the initial offering was followed by two other supplements, with a cumulative value of 290 million euros.
In November 2023, Banca Transilvania issued the second round of sustainable bonds. Both issuances are listed on the Euronext Dublin stock exchange with the following ISINs:
