Leontin Toderici coordinated projects of strategic importance for BT, the first two being world premieres: the replacement of the bank's core banking with the Oracle Flexcube solution having Exadata and Exalogic technology as the technical platform (2011) and the launch of the Western Union money transfer service through the ATM (2010), respectively the integration of Bancpost, ERB Retail Services IFN and ERB Leasing IFN into the BT Financial Group (2018).
With 25 years of experience in banking, since 2005 he has been coordinating the operations department of Transilvania Bank.
Through BT, on average, 5 million transactions/day take place, and with the bank's cards, over 340 transactions/second during peak period.
