BT24 has become BT Pay (for individuals) and BT Go (for companies)
BT24 Mobile and BT24 Internet Banking are no longer available, but for managing banking operations, customers – individuals and legal entities – have available the BT Pay and BT Go applications, in mobile and web versions:
For individuals:
- BT Pay Mobile can be downloaded for free from Google Play Store, App Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
- BT Pay Web is available in the Internet Banking section on the bank's website, being dedicated to people who prefer to manage their finances from a laptop or computer. Customers who access the old BT24 Internet Banking interface are automatically redirected to BT Pay Web, where they can use the same login credentials to sign in.
For companies:
- BT Go Mobile allows managing the company's finances directly from the phone, can be downloaded for free from Google Play Store, App Store, and HUAWEI AppGallery.
- BT Go Web for managing the company's finances from laptop or computer. Persons who continue to access the former BT24 site are automatically redirected to the login page in the web applications.
Context:
BT Pay and BT Go have become the only applications through which individual and company clients can do banking with Banca Transilvania, according to migration plan announced at the beginning of this year. The transition to the new applications offers customers a simpler banking experience and access to the same functionalities.
Recommendations for online safety
BT Pay and BT Go applications provide a high level of protection through advanced authentication mechanisms and continuous monitoring of transactions. Banca Transilvania recommends that clients use devices with updated operating systems, avoid disclosing authentication information, and emphasizes that the bank does not request, through any communication channel, personal data or access credentials and does not send links for installing applications.
