With experience in business development in the agri-food sector, Nicu is involved in expanding and modernizing production operations, as well as increasing the competitiveness of the business. His activity is focused on performance, operational efficiency, and capitalizing on opportunities in the agricultural and food industry.

Marcel Olteanu is the president of the Aberdeen Angus Romania Association and of the European Aberdeen Angus Secretariat. He is also a partner and manager of Moltagro Natural, a company active in agriculture and beef cattle breeding. The group of companies he coordinates cultivates approximately 1,300 hectares of field crops and owns a herd of over 500 Aberdeen Angus cows.

With experience in developing the livestock sector and representing cattle breeders' interests at the national and European levels, Marcel promotes investments, farm professionalization, and increased competitiveness of Romanian agriculture. His work focuses on the sustainable development of the sector and on harnessing the genetic and economic potential of beef breeds.

Iulian-Alin Scumpieriu este economist și antreprenor, cu activitatea concentrată în sectorul agricol. Parcursul său antreprenorial în agricultură a început în anul 2015, când a pornit cu o suprafață exploatată de aproximativ 1.200 ha de cultură mare. În decursul a aproximativ un deceniu, activitatea s-a dezvoltat constant, ajungând în prezent să exploateze circa 8.000 ha de teren agricol.

Evoluția de la 1.200 ha la 8.000 ha evidențiază o strategie de creștere bazată pe extinderea suprafețelor, dezvoltarea capacităților agricole și consolidarea unui grup de companii active în domeniu. Ferma de vaci de lapte are în prezent 1.650 de vaci Holstein, dintre care 675 sunt vaci la muls.

Modelul de business este unul diversificat și integrat, combinând producția vegetală cu zootehnia și producția de lapte.
