BT, among the most desired employers in Romania, according to the Catalyst Solutions 2026 study
Transilvania Bank is located also in this year in Top 100 most desired employers in Romania, being in 11th place in the national ranking made by Catalyst Solutions, one of the most comprehensive barometers regarding the attractiveness of companies for job candidates.
Arrived at edition #21, the study captures both the candidates' preferences and their expectations as well as how they relate to the labor market.
Details about the Catalyst Solutions study:
- It was carried out in the period November 2025 - April 2026.
- Almost 11,000 people working in fields such as IT&C, engineering, social and economic sciences, medical and pharma participated in the study.
- The ranking is based on the unassisted answer to the question What is the top 5 list of employers you want to work for?
- According to the study, the factors that influence the frequency of mentions are: the size of the organization, geographic coverage, and the diversity of available roles.
Candidates' expectations
In 2026, when it comes to choosing an employer, the decisive criteria are:
- Attractive salary package - for almost 7 out of 10 candidates (68%);
- Job security (60%);
- Extra-salary benefits (59%).
Respondents also want training and support for using AI from employers. The data indicates that employees do not reject the technology, but they condition it: the adoption of AI is even expected, provided that it is accompanied by transparency, professional training, and the involvement of people in the change process:
- More than half of respondents expect employers to provide training and support for AI usage (55%), to be transparent about how the technology is used in the company (55%), and to ensure that data is protected and AI is adopted ethically (54%).
- Almost half of the candidates want concrete opportunities for upskilling and reskilling (50%) and want to be assured that artificial intelligence will not affect their jobs (49%).
