In April, the Financial Group Banca Transilvania launched its first ETF on the stock exchange, completed the largest bond issuance in Central and Eastern Europe, and announced BT Asset Management's entry into the AnimaWings shareholding. During the General Assembly, the shareholders appointed the Board of Directors for the 2026–2030 term and approved the proposals regarding dividend distribution. BT group has launched BT Index Romania ETF BET-TR. Administrated by BT Asset Management, the new ETF tracks the performance of the BET-TR index, which includes the most liquid companies listed on the BVB, turning the potential of the Romanian economy into an investment opportunity.

• BT will distribute to shareholders approximately one third of the profit related to the year 2025 in the form of dividends in cash and will grant free shares, as a result of the increase of the share capital by incorporating the reserves.
