BRD Pensions, administrator on the private pension funds market in Pillar 2, has become BT Our Pension (BT Our Pension Private Pension Fund Management Company S.A.), following the authorization received from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF). BRD Pension Acquisitionby the Financial Group Banca Transilvania took place in November 2025.

BT Our Pension currently manages the BRD Private Pension Fund, which has over 600,000 participants. Its name will also be changed after ASF approval, to reflect the affiliation with the BT Group.

Participants in the BRD Private Managed Pension Fund can access information about the total accumulated amount and the history of monthly contributions in the BT Pay application.
