Yes, from January 1, 2024, all companies, including liberal professions, will be required to send invoices issued to other legal entities in Romania, in the national e-Invoice system; it does not matter if they are VAT payers or non-payers.
After 12 months, the First Year Free account automatically converts into the Unlimited Current Account package in the BT Network, which costs 29 lei/month.
