Banca Transilvania integrates Microsoft Azure OpenAI in communication with clients
  • The online platform Întreb BT has a new feature, AI Search, which simplifies interactions and increases accessibility to the platform's content, with the help of AI technology.
  • Over 4.5 million visits were made on the Întreb BT website in January – September this year.

Banca Transilvania, through collaboration with Microsoft, integrates artificial intelligence into online communication, launching on the platform Question BT AI Search functionality, which is based on the Microsoft solution Azure OpenAI Service.

Întreb BT is an environment for information, education, and guidance, an online platform designed as a search engine with over 2,000 questions and answers about banking. From now on, visitors to Întreb BT who are looking for information about products, services, and self-banking solutions receive, thanks to AI integration, a more comprehensive response to the questions asked online because it includes all the information from Întreb BT about the respective subject.

Investim susținut în ambele direcții pentru că au legătură cu experiența clienților, incluziunea financiară, dar și cu accesul la informație și la produse. Este un prim proiect, pe care l-am implementat foarte repede și cu care intrăm în curba de învățare. In the period January – September of this year, nearly 4.5 million visits were made on the Întreb BT website.
