Transilvania Bank, the leader of the banking market in Romania and Southeast Europe, takes another step regarding its international approach through a financing of over 50 million euros, for Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova. Granted through BT Italy Branch, the loan is intended for refinancing the costs of developing the hotel.
For Banca Transilvania, it represents the biggest cross-border funding so far – a strategic investment in the hospitality industry of Venice, one of the most visited tourist destinations in Europe, supporting the economic and tourist development of the area.
Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova, managed by UAB Apex Alliance Hotel Management, is one of the hotel landmarks of the metropolitan area of Venice. With over 300 rooms and easy access to the city's main attractions, the hotel caters to both tourists and the corporate segment, contributing to the diversification and modernization of the accommodation offer in the region.
This transaction represents the largest financing within our partnership with Banca Transilvania, being in line with our ambitions in Italy. The bank's ability to work cross-border through the dedicated local presence, BT Italy Branch, is for us a real operational advantage.
