BT, the most attractive employer in the financial field, according to Randstad Employer Brand Research
Banca Transilvania is, for the second consecutive year, the most attractive employer in the financial field, according to the most recent study conducted by Randstad Romania Employer Brand Research.
In Romania, the research was based on a sample consisting of over 4,000 employees from 150 companies, part of the most comprehensive independent employer brand study in the world. According to it, attractive salary and benefits are the main characteristics of the ideal employer for Romanians, contending the most when choosing a job.
If in 2023, according to the Randstad Romania study, the keywords were inclusion and diversity, in 2024 equity and artificial intelligence have been added to them.
