BT Leasing and Țiriac Leasing, top players in the leasing market in Romania, have become one single company through a merger, BT Leasing.

Following the merger, BT Leasing reaches 25,000 clients, 500 million euros in portfolio, over 2.8 billion lei in assets and nearly 250 employees, will have presence in 11 showrooms across the country and thus takes a strategic step in the automotive market.

BT Leasing is a Romanian brand, with over 20 years of activity on the market, which addresses private companies, multinationals, institutions from the public sector, individuals and authorized freelancers.

Țiriac Leasing clients, who became BTL clients, have at their disposal on the BT Leasing website details about the conditions for the execution of contracts, the use of cars, payment of invoices, insurance, etc.

Țiriac Leasing is the third leasing business acquired by Banca Transilvania, after Idea::Leasing (2021) and ERB Leasing (2018).
