Transilvania Bank (BVB: TLV) obtained rating VEKTOR maxim for communication with investors in 2025, as a stock issuer, following the evaluation Romanian Association for Investor Relations (ARIR).

Bank rating – as a bond issuer – is also at the maximum at the first ARIR evaluation of the 2025 communication regarding this category of financial instruments.

VEKTOR is the indicator that measures the quality of communication with investors for companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Based on a specific methodology, it analyzes the level of transparency, accessibility of information, and proactivity in the relationship with the capital market.

Consistency in communication

It is the seventh consecutive year in which Banca Transilvania obtains the maximum rating for communication with investors, which reflects the commitment to provide a predictable framework, quick access to relevant information, and communication aligned with the best practices in the capital market.

BT communication ecosystem is built around the platform Investor relations, which includes financial information, presentations, reports, details regarding BT strategy, news and other resources necessary and useful for investment analyses.

Constant dialogue with investors, shareholders and analysts

Organizing general meetings, quarterly teleconferences to present results, the annual event Investor Day, international roadshows and individual meetings with institutional investors and analysts – all these support the bank's communication.

Also, the Financial Group Banca Transilvania participates in international financial, economic and capital market events, the most recent being CEE Forum, organized by Financial Times Live, in Vienna, in January 2026.

Recognition in reference categories for the capital market

2025 was the year in which Banca Transilvania received the most awards for its relationship and communication with investors. The most recent were received within Galei by ARIR, as a result of the votes of institutional investors and the jury. BT was recognized in reference categories for the capital market, such as: Best Investor Relations Program, ESG Performance & Communication, Best IR Website, Best IR Event and Best Annual Report.

At the end of 2025, Banca Transilvania had over 72,000 shareholders. The average pace of nearly 500 new investors monthly reflects BT's magnetism, supported by solid financial performance, the bank's reputation and resilience, as well as confidence in its development as a leader in the banking sector in Romania and Southeast Europe, and as a key player in the capital market.
