Rebranding marks the successful completion of the transaction between BTS and Capital Partners. In the same context, BT Capital Partners takes over the role of exclusive member in Romania of M&A International, one of the largest global alliances of independent firms in the field of mergers and acquisitions.

Through a transaction that took place in March this year, BT Securities took over the investment banking activity of Capital Partners, the most important independent Romanian consulting firm in the field of M&A and Corporate Finance.
