Consulting and loans for purchasing a home, through BT Mortgage Centers
Transilvania Bank has opened four Mortgage Centers in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca, dedicated to consulting and granting loans for the purchase of a home.
Within BT Mortgage Centers, the entire flow – from the initial analysis, documentation preparation, and up to credit approval – is managed by a dedicated consultant. This approach ensures coherence, continuity, and comfort for clients, who benefit from complete support: financial situation assessment, cost analysis, establishing the optimal advance level, online credit simulations, and estimating the long-term financial impact.
The centers are intended also for Romanians from the diaspora who wish to buy a property in Romania, offering them easy access to consulting and financing solutions.
Where are the BT Mortgage Centers located:
- Bucharest:
- BT Branch Bucharest East, Alba Iulia Square no. 2. bl. I1 (sector 3)
- BT Bucharest West Branch, bd. Iuliu Maniu no. 6Q (sector 6)
- BT Dimitrie Pompeiu Agency, bd. Dimitrie Pompeiu no. 6A (sector 2)
- Cluj-Napoca: BT Branch Cluj, Dorobanti Road no. 27-29
BT Mortgage Centers program is extended compared to the bank's standard one: from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. For a faster experience, the bank recommends online programming, through the BT website.

A mortgage loan is more than just financing. It is the beginning of a journey, a long-term commitment, a major investment, and an essential step towards stability and security. That is why we created BT Mortgage Centers, dedicated to those who embark on this journey, where clients find clarity and guidance at a moment when the dream becomes a plan, and the plan becomes reality.
