Due to the successful partnership with Mastercard, Transilvania Bankbecomes the Official Race Partner of McLaren Formula 1 Team at the 2025 Formula 1 Lenovo Hungarian Grand Prix, one of the most successful teams in the history of motorsport.

During the race in Hungary, the McLaren drivers, Lando Norris (25 years old, United Kingdom) and Oscar Piastri (24 years old, Australia) will wear the BT and Mastercard logos on the helmet, on the steering wheel, and on the McLaren MCL39 single-seater. Piastri and Norris are currently ranked first and second in the Formula 1 Drivers' standings. McLaren is the leader of the Formula 1 Constructors' Championship.
