Transilvania Bank, a new dimension

To the success of – acquisition, integration of Volksbank Romania into the structure of Transilvania Bank and the merger by absorption – over 600 people from both banks contributed, of which around 100 had permanent responsibilities in key areas. Some of them were on the barricades, in Cluj and Bucharest, including on New Year's Eve and in the first days of 2016, for the successful achievement of the merger between the two banks.
