BT Go has exceeded the threshold of 600,000 companies that use the application for business and banking in Romania.

Also, from now on, users have at their disposal, also in BT Go, a virtual assistant (Chat BT), based on artificial intelligence, which provides information in Romanian and English about the application's functionalities, as well as about the products and services of Banca Transilvania dedicated to entrepreneurs. Customers even have the option to continue communication via chat with a person from the bank's team.

BT Go, in numbers

The first five months of this year meant the following:

• Over 5,000 companies have opened accounts 100% online, through BT Go.
• Almost 24 million transactions
• Transactions worth 288 billion lei
• About 720,000 currency exchanges
• 75,500 new deposits, worth 6.8 billion lei
• Over 2,000 cards issued directly from BT Go
• 5 million account extracts downloaded

31,000 companies using BT Go have an account at FGO, the billing solution.

BT Go rating is 4.7 (in the App Store) and 4.8 (in the Google Play Store). The application also recorded a very high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 82 (out of 100), based on the feedback of customers who opened an account in BT Go, during the period January – May 2026.

Integration of artificial intelligence. Pilot phase

Chat BT went through a pilot phase of approximately one month, during which 5,000 unique clients had 35,000 interactions with the virtual assistant. It helps entrepreneurs quickly find information about operations, payments, statements, BT products, contributing to the efficiency of daily activities.

We see accelerated growth regarding the number of users, transaction volume, and adoption rate concerning BT Go. We come with solutions that, thanks to technology, increase efficiency by extending payment functionalities, most of them related to account statements and workflow optimization. We have aimed for BT Go to become the business platform for any entrepreneur due to the solutions it offers for daily needs.
