Clients of Transilvania Bank have the opportunity to manage their money including through a state-of-the-art ATM, 100% contactless, without a card slot. It is located in Bucharest, at Promenada Mall. Money can be withdrawn with the phone, by BT Pay application and Apple Pay, with any of the accessories BT Pay collection and with BT contactless cards. The news is valid also for BT clients who use NEO application private beta.

At the end of July this year, BT became the first bank in Romania from which customers can withdraw money contactlessly from ATMs using their phone or card without inserting it into the slot. Within three months, Transilvania Bank's customers have made over 600,000 contactless withdrawals from ATM.

By accessing ATMs contactlessly, BT customers have at their disposal all the functionalities of ATMs available so far, except for card activation and PIN personalization, due to security reasons.

Banca Transilvania is the only bank in Romania that offers, through BT Pay collection, a series of contactless payment alternatives, of the type wearables: clock, bracelet, sticker, BT Pay application, Garmin Pay, Fitbit Pay and keyboard/extension BT Pay.
