BT Basarabia Agency, located in Bucharest, on Basarabia Boulevard 110, block L8, sector 2, is now primarily intended for clients with locomotor, visual, and hearing impairments. It is the first bank agency in Romania with such a focus.
Until now a standard BT agency, it has been adapted to facilitate, through design and equipment, access to products, services, and operations.
BT Basarabia Agency has the following facilities:
- Access ramp
- Adapted offices
- Atm placed at optimal height
- Tactile carpet that marks the access to the bank
- Accessing the program Voices for hands, which allows communication with interpreters who assist people with hearing impairments.
Agency's schedule:
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Break: 13:00 – 13:30
Digital hour: 16.00 – 17.00

BT Basarabia Agency facilities will permanently take into account the requirements of the National Authority for Consumer Protection and the National Council for Disability in Romania to respect the rights of customers with disabilities, in support of inclusion.
