Transilvania Bank and Mastercard launches the physical version, in euros, of the McLaren F1 Team Mastercard Debit Gold premium card. This comes as a result of the success BT digital cards, in lei and euro, launched last year within the same partnership. Almost 80,000 cards have been activated in BT Pay since July 2025 and until now - a confirmation that around them a growing community of fans of McLaren Mastercard Formula 1® Team.

Mastercard and Banca Transilvania – Official Mastercard Race Partner of the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1® Team at the 2025 and 2026 Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix – have recently announced extension of the partnership, by supporting two new stages in the F1 calendar: the 2026 Austrian Formula 1 Grand Prix and the 2027 Hungarian Formula 1 Grand Prix.
