For the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the Romanian business environment, Banca Transilvania became, in June 2024, a member of Romanian Chamber of Commerce for Diversity.

Organized on the model of a business chamber of commerce, it aims, together with nearly 30 members from among companies, to support these principles and businesses for which diversity and inclusion mean added value. The Chamber of Commerce for Diversity organizes trainings, networking sessions, workshops, studies, reports, and profile analyses.
