On Sunday, September 10, IT updates will be carried out; as a result, on that day:

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking will be unavailable in two one-hour windows: 06:00–07:00 and 22:00–23:00;
• Account statements will not be available electronically, via BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, from 00:00 to 24:00.

The Banca Transilvania team chose Sunday and these time windows to keep any inconvenience to a minimum.

BT’s recommendations for customers are as follows:

• use BT24 outside the time windows mentioned
