You already know we’re always thinking about how to make banking easier for you. We want it to be faster, so you can make time for what really matters. We aim to be online around the clock because we know how important it is to be there when you need us.

That’s how, two years ago, Digital Hour started — a project where we devote a full hour to alternative ways of banking. In other words, an hour where we learn together how to make things simpler. Sometimes even from home, from the car, or wherever you want.

The nice part is we’re there to help at every step. Honestly, there’s no way it won’t work. 😊

Starting October 1, Digital Hour is back in BT branches. Branch hours stay the same everywhere and look like this:

09:00 - 16:00 Do whatever you need — really anything — banking, of course.

16:00 - 17:00 Let’s do everything you need, but online or at our self-service machines.

In other words, we’ll try out all the alternative online banking solutions. You might not even know them all. 😊

For example, in BT branches we’ve got some pretty smart self-service machines:

• BT Express Plus — that’s what we call it — is a multifunctional ATM where you can make cash deposits (RON, EUR și USD) and even do foreign exchange straight into your account.
• BT Express — the payment terminal where you can pay bills very easily.

• BT24 Internet & Mobile Banking and NEO for all kinds of everyday banking
• BT Pay — the cool payment app and more. You can see your transactions, how much you owe on your credit card, or how many Star points you have. Nice, right?
