Temporary card system outage. Customers can access cash across the entire BT network.

Dear customers,

Update: As of 16:30, the card system, ATMs and POS terminals are operational. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to unscheduled upgrade work on BT’s IT system, BT cards, ATMs and POS terminals were temporarily not operational.

Customers who need to withdraw cash from their account can do so at any of our more than 550 branches. Given the circumstances, we are waiving the cash withdrawal fee, and opening hours have been extended, on an exceptional basis, until 19:00.

Our technical team is working to resolve the issue.
