Over the Easter and May 1 holidays, you can find us at BT branches in shopping centers. Not every day, though — see the schedule below:

• Friday, April 26, and Saturday, April 27: 12:00-18:00
• Sunday, April 28: all BT branches are closed
• Monday, April 29, and Wednesday, May 1: 12:00-18:00

Only certain transactions are available:

• Currency exchange
• Anything you can do at the ATM or at BT Express Plus
• Cash deposits using pay-in slips
• Updating your details — if anything has changed

BT offices in Italy will operate on the following schedule:

• Friday, April 19: open until 13:15
• Friday, April 26: open until 13:15
• Monday, April 22, Thursday, April 25 (Liberation Day), Monday, April 29, and Wednesday, May 1: closed

Either way, we’re online 24/7 with the following tools:

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT24 Facturi
• ATMs, BT Express Plus (the multifunctional ATM where you can make deposits, withdraw cash and exchange currency)
• BT Pay app for shopping and transferring money with your phone.
