Over the Easter holidays, on April 6 and 9 this year, most BT branches in Romania will be closed. As such, on these days only BT branches located in shopping malls and shopping centers will be open.

Their opening hours will follow the schedule of the shopping center where they are located. Branches will be open on Friday and Monday, and the following transactions will be available:

• Currency exchange
• Transactions at bill-payment kiosks, ATMs and cash recyclers
• Cash deposits using deposit slips
• Customer data updates (enrollment)
• Product sales to customers

BT branches in Italy will operate as follows:

• The Italy Branch (Rome) will be open on Friday and closed on Saturday
• The Casilina and Villanova branches will be open on Friday until 14:15, and will be closed on Saturday

Customers can use the following alternatives to make payments and transactions:

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT24 Bills
• ATMs, BT Express Plus (the multifunctional ATM), POS terminals
• BT Pay app for shopping and transferring money by phone.
