Intreb BT is Banca Transilvania’s largest online financial education program, useful both for customers and for anyone generally interested in financial and banking information. The platform was launched in 2014 and developed in-house at BT. It features over 700 questions and answers on the topics most commonly encountered in Banca Transilvania’s interactions with its customers. It also enables users to submit questions on specific topics. Intreb BT has a new visual identity as of January 15 this year.
