Information note on the processing of personal data for managing requests for querying CIP records

For managing requests for querying the records of the Payment Incidents Center (“CIP”), Banca Transilvania (“the bank”, “BT”) has the legal obligation to process the personal data provided by BNR Regulation no. 1/2012.

Also, in order to provide you with the query result, we use the e-mail address to which you choose to send this response. By entering this contact information in the dedicated field, you ensure that it is correct, current, and belongs to the person to whom you wished to send the CIP query result. At the same time, you understand that BT does not control how confidential data, including any personal data contained in the CIP query results sent via e-mail, transit through different servers until they are received by the recipient chosen by you. For this reason, the bank assumes no responsibility for loss, modification, and/or unauthorized interception of this information during transmission to the recipient.
