OTP Bank customers can start using Banca Transilvania cards – which will replace OTP cards – from Sunday, March 2, at 7:00 a.m.

Those who have not been able to pick up their card from Banca Transilvania can use the digital version of the debit card in the BT Pay app, also from March 2, at 7:00 a.m.

Recommendations for using your BT card: 

• Activate the card at any of the Banca Transilvania ATMs;
• Downloading the BT Pay app from Google Play, App Store or Huawei App Gallery.

Collecting your physical card from Banca Transilvania:
To collect their card from BT, OTP Bank customers – now Banca Transilvania customers – can check online which branch is holding their card.
