The Share Price Determination Date for converting Banca Transilvania bonds into Banca Transilvania shares (symbol TLV) is July 27, 2016, as set out in the Offering Prospectus approved by CNVM Decision No. 304/April 4, 2013 and Decision No. 345/April 18, 2013.

For the conversion of bonds into shares, bondholders should note the following:

• Bondholders must submit a written, irrevocable notice of conversion to the intermediary, BT Capital Partners (formerly BT Securities), as per Annex 4 of the Offering Prospectus.
• The notice must be submitted within 30 days of the Price Determination Date, i.e. by the Conversion Date of August 27, 2016.
• The conversion notice form can be collected from the BT Capital Partners head office at 74–76 Constantin Brancusi Street, Cluj-Napoca.
