Banca Transilvania will carry out maintenance on its IT systems, which will cause intermittent service for BT24 Internet Banking&Mobile Banking, the BT Pay app, BT Ultra and Cards from 29 June 2018 (from 22:00) to 1 July 2018 (until 7:00), as follows: 

BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, the BT Pay app and BT Ultra will experience intermittent service:

• Friday, 29 June, between 22:00 and 22:30
• Saturday, 30 June and Sunday, 1 July, between 22:00 and 00:10
• Sunday, 1 July, between 6:00 and 7:00

Cards

• will experience intermittent service:

           - Saturday, 30 June: for 10 minutes, after 23:00

           - Sunday, 1 July: for 10 minutes, before 6:00

• will process transactions based on balances imported before the systems are taken offline:

           - for 2 hours within the window between Saturday, 30 June, 23:30 and Sunday, 1 July, 7:00

Banca Transilvania’s recommendations for its customers are as follows:

• keep some cash on hand for the time slots listed
• make payments via BT24 outside the time slots mentioned
• if you need to pay by card or online during the specified windows, try the transaction again if it fails
