Possible ATM disruptions due to weather in certain counties. What BT customers should do

The current weather conditions (low temperatures, moisture, snow) in several counties may lead to operational issues with ATMs in those areas. At Banca Transilvania, the team is in touch with ATM suppliers for support if needed.

For assistance, customers are advised to contact the BT team: 0264 308 028, contact@btrl.ro.

The bank also recommends that, these days, customers use BT ATMs located indoors and carry out transactions at the BT branches and via BT24 Internet Banking & Mobile Banking.
