Starting in June this year, Banca Transilvania agencies will be open Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00; BT branches will be open 9:00–17:30, and all locations will be closed on weekends.

An exception applies to BT units located in major shopping centres, which are open on both Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 to 19:00. The BT agencies in Bucharest, at Galeria Feeria and Mega Mall, are open daily from 10:00 to 22:00.

The alternative payment and transaction channels available to Banca Transilvania customers are:

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT24 Bills
• ATMs and POS terminals
• E-mail Payments, SMS Payments and Facebook Payments (via BT24)
