On May 28, for Pentecost, and on June 1, for Children’s Day, BT branches in Romania will be closed. An exception is BT branches in shopping centers in Romania, which will be open from 12:00–19:00, or according to the respective center’s schedule.

At these branches, certain services will be available:

• Currency exchange
• Transactions at payment machines, ATMs and cash recyclers
• Cash deposits using deposit slips
• Customer data updates during enrollment
• Product sales to customers

Alternatives available to BT customers are:

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT24 Facturi
• ATMs, BT Express Plus (the multifunctional ATM), POS terminals
• The BT Pay app for shopping and transferring money by phone.

BT branches in Italy will keep normal hours on Monday, but operations will be limited (advisory services only), and on Friday, June 1, they will be closed.
