On December 25 and 26 this year, and on January 1 and 2, 2018, BT branches in Romania and Italy will be closed. The exception is BT branches in shopping malls, which will operate as follows:

- on December 24 and 31: between 12:00 and 16:00

- on December 26 and January 2: between 12:00 and 17:00

- on December 25 and January 1, BT branches in shopping malls will be closed

BT branches in Italy will be open on December 31 from 8:30 to 13:15. They will also be closed on January 6, 2018.

Customers can continue to make payments and transactions via BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.
