Banca Transilvania announces with deep regret the passing of Mr Roberto Marzanati, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2001 until May this year. He also served as the EBRD’s representative at BT and was Chairman of the Board in 2002.

Mr Roberto Marzanati was an exceptional person, a friend to the Banca Transilvania team, and one of those who believed most strongly in BT’s success, to which he made a significant contribution through his expertise and more than 40 years’ experience in international banking.
