On May 1, for Labor Day, BT branches in Romania and Italy are closed. The exception is BT branches located in shopping centers in Romania, which will be open from 12:00 to 19:00 or according to the respective center’s schedule, where only limited services will be available:

• Currency exchange
• Transactions at Payment Machines, ATMs and cash recyclers
• Cash deposits using deposit slips
• Customer data updates in enrollment
• Product sales to customers

BT customers can alternatively use:

• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT24 Bills
• ATMs, BT Express Plus (the multifunctional ATM), POS terminals
• The BT Pay app for purchases and money transfers by phone.
