You may know it as “Facturel”, “the payment kiosk” or “BT Express”, and you’ll find it in almost all our branches. It helps you deposit lei, euros or US dollars into your account, exchange cash with credit to your account, and pay bills in cash or by card.

On top of that, from now on BT Express also helps with:

• Depositing cash (lei, euros, US dollars) into a BT account other than your own
• Transfers between your own accounts
• Checking your BT account balance
• Paying the road toll vignette

At BT you’ll find over 470 BT Express machines.

What’s the difference between BT Express and BT Express Plus?

BT Express started out by helping you pay bills — that’s why it was called Facturel. Over time it’s become more capable and now helps you do more self-service banking, faster and easier.

BT Express Plus, the multifunctional ATM, helps you, among other things, deposit cash in lei or foreign currency into your current or card account; exchange cash from euros or US dollars into lei; withdraw cash; pay your bills; check your account balance; or transfer money via BT Western Union. You can also deposit lei, euros or US dollars into any of your own current or credit accounts using your bank card; make deposits into any individual’s account using a BT card, by entering the beneficiary’s CNP; and deposit into any company’s account using a BT card, by entering the beneficiary’s CUI.
