And how could it be otherwise, when in 2019 nearly 5,500 people visited the platform every day?

Well, yes! The largest online financial education programme launched by BT is going strong, and the reason is simple. We’ve tried to create a space where banking is discussed responsibly and, at the same time, in a friendly tone — sometimes even playful — and even illustrated with video. You know, #humanbanking, just the way you’ve come to expect.

And if you want hard evidence, we’ve thought of that too, so below are the very numbers that impressed us in the year just ended.

We saw a strong increase and, compared with 2018, we managed to bring in 55% more visitors — a little over 2 million visitors.

They made about 5 million visits during 2019. And, as always, we welcomed them with answers to banking questions.

We keep saying you’ll find answers here, but some of you were a bit sceptical, so we put together a ranking of the most accessed questions. Top of the list were: the difference between a credit card and a debit card, how to get a loan, what a SWIFT code is, how to find your account IBAN, and BT branch addresses.

Most visitors came from mobile (75%, to be precise), and that doesn’t surprise us at all, because most of our visitors are aged between 25 and 34 (35%).
