BT Italia apps unavailable from 30 December, 15:00 to 2 January, 11:00

The BT apps will not be accessible from 30 December, 15:00 to 2 January, 11:00 (or, if you’re in Romania: 30 December, 16:00 to 2 January, 12:00) as we upgrade our IT systems to improve our services.

• Cards will continue to work for payments at merchants and for cash withdrawals.
• We recommend making sure you have funds on your card during this period, as you won’t be able to make money transfers (between your own accounts/other accounts), currency exchange, etc., in any of the bank’s apps (e.g., BT24, BT Pay).
