Banca Transilvania will carry out its annual IT systems testing on the night from Saturday to Sunday, 19/20 November, between 11:30 PM and 7:00 AM, which will result in intermittent service for the following BT products and services:

• Cards
• BT Pay
• NeoBT
• BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking
• BT Ultra

Banca Transilvania’s recommendations for customers:

• Keep some cash on hand for Sunday morning;
• Make payments by card, via BT Pay, BT24 and NeoBT, outside the 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM window;
