Banca Transilvania has doubled its number of shareholders compared with 2021, reaching nearly 71,000.

Who invests in TLV shares:

• ≈27% individual investors
• ≈73% institutional investors – private pension funds, mutual funds, etc.

BT’s shareholding is ≈80% domestic capital and ≈20% foreign capital.

Banca Transilvania has nearly 30 years of experience in the capital markets and is the first bank in Romania to list on the stock exchange.
