    Cum mă ajuta CSALB

The Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Banking Sector (CSALB) mediates difficult situations between clients and financial-banking institutions in a balanced, reasonable, rapid manner and outside the court, through collaboration with experts in the financial-banking field (Conciliators) who, depending on the procedure chosen by the parties, can propose or impose a solution to resolve the dispute.

If the encountered problem has not been resolved directly with the financial-banking institution, a person can address CSALB. The conciliators analyze the situation based on the documents provided by consumers and merchants and propose/impose a solution for resolving the dispute.

At the same time, you have the right to resort to extrajudicial mechanisms for the amicable resolution of disputes, such as those offered by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Center in the Banking Field (CSALB), according to the legal provisions in force. Also, you can contact the institutions and authorities competent in handling consumer complaints, respectively the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC).
