In addition to the safety measures announced in March for our customers and for colleagues in branches and agencies, we’re adding something extra starting April 21: from Monday to Friday, between 1:00 – 1:30 PM, we will take a disinfection break.

We remind you that the temporary opening hours for BT branches and agencies are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and more details can be found here.

We also remind you of the safety measures when you come to BT:

• Before you enter: if there are customers inside, please wait outside the branch/agency until one of them leaves
• When you enter: use the hand sanitizer — you’ll find it at the bank entrance
• After you’ve entered: keep a distance of 1.5 m from other customers and from our colleagues
