We need to perform some technical updates to our BT24 internet and mobile banking service, so it will be unavailable for one hour, between 22:30 – 23:30, on Wednesday, 16 June.

Here are your options, depending on the services you need:

• The apps BT Pay, NEO, Apple Pay or Google Pay;
• BT Visual Help: 0264 30 80 28, by following the steps in the recorded message and opening the link you will receive via SMS (for retail and corporate customers);
• The chatbots Livia (for retail customers) and Raul (for corporate customers).
