BT cards and BT Pay will be unavailable for one hour between 00:00 and 01:00, overnight Saturday to Sunday

Dear customers,

Overnight from Saturday to Sunday (22/23 May), for one hour, BT cards (physical and digital, in apps such as BT Pay) will be temporarily unavailable while the BT team carries out updates to the IT system.

If you need to reach us, you can contact us at: 0264 30 80 28, contact@btrl.ro.

What these IT system updates involve and why they’re necessary are explained in the BT Blog article, Maintenance at BT? We’ll be right back.

Thank you for your understanding,
